Today, I am transitioning from graphic design into frontend development, and this journey has completely transformed how I see technology.

🎨 My Background in Graphic Design

Before diving into code, I was a graphic designer. I worked with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, creating visuals and digital designs. Design taught me:

• Attention to detail

• Creativity and visual balance

• Understanding user experience

• The importance of clarity and simplicity

However, while designing interfaces, I kept asking myself:

“How do these designs actually come to life in a browser?”

That curiosity pushed me beyond design.

I got an opportunity to join Refactory — and I decided to take it.

That decision changed everything.

Refactory exposed me to structured software development training. For the first time, I was not just designing interfaces — I was building them.
